I’ve never been the kind of person who naturally finds stillness. My mind is always jumping ahead to what’s next or replaying what’s already happened. Being fully present never came easy to me—until I found yoga. When I started practicing vinyasa, I experienced something different: a rare moment where my thoughts quieted, and I felt completely in tune with myself. That experience changed everything, and I knew I wanted to dive deeper.
I completed my 200-hour YTT in Bali with World Peace Yoga School, and since then, yoga has become not just something I do, but a way of life—one that I now share with others. My teaching style is active, dynamic, and strength-focused, designed to challenge both body and mind. I love crafting interesting flows that keep students engaged and in tune with their breath, helping them build resilience, focus, and confidence.
These days, I practice Ashtanga yoga 4-5 times a week, and having a dedicated practice brings me both joy and balance. Through this, I’ve come to see yoga as a form of self-discipline—an opportunity to show up for myself every day, push through challenges, and cultivate both inner and outer strength. Yoga, for me, is more than movement—it’s a tool for growth, self-discovery, and presence. My goal as a teacher is to share that experience with others, creating space for them to move, breathe, and find their own moments of clarity—on and off the mat.
