Julie organizes various events throughout the year, driven by her passion for yoga, travel, and art. She curates workshops that blend these interests, often incorporating elements of nature to create unique and immersive experiences.

 

Different events and workshops will be shared here. and it's possible to book them all for private events, bachelor parties, work events or girls/ guys nights. The workshops can also be booked if you are a yoga studio/ hotel or any place that would like to have an event at your place

Intro to Yoga course

3-Session Beginner Yoga Course

Start your yoga journey this January 2026

Do you feel stiffness or tension in your body? Have you been thinking that yoga might be just what you need? Or maybe you have a friend who’s been talking about trying it?

 

Sign up (alone or with a friend!) for my beginner yoga course this January at Komyounity on Islands Brygge. See the dates below in the green box. 


During three sessions, you’ll be introduced to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and how yoga can help release tension from the body.

 

You’ll learn how to follow a flow and discover which type of yoga suits you best.

In a safe and supportive environment, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to join other yoga classes.

Everyone is welcome – whether you're young, older, or retired! 🙏🏻


Especially if you feel like you’ve lost your flexibility, struggle with balance, or find it hard to relax – that’s exactly where yoga can make a real difference and bring you something positive. ✨

Learn the poses and feel how they can improve your body from the inside out.

 

What to expect:

  • Beginner-Friendly -This course is designed for absolute beginners.

  • Build the Basics – Learn foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and simple flows at a comfortable pace.

  • Release Tension – Discover how yoga can help ease stiffness, improve balance, and bring calm to both body and mind.

  • Supportive Environment – Practice in a safe, welcoming space with clear guidance and time to ask questions.

  • Set aside time for yourself: and find the yoga form that suits you.

 

All levels are welcome - The most important thing is you want to give yourself something healthy for yourselv and your body . You’ll also learn poses you can bring to your everyday life with stretching, relaxation, or realising aches.

Equipment: Comfortable clothes for movement. 

Private or Yoga studio: Book Julie for a 1:1 beginner event or for a yoga studio, workshop or retreat.

Beer & Yoga  
An Hour of Movement, Relaxation, and Good Vibes

​ 

Beer yoga is a fun and laid-back experience where classic yoga poses are combined with a cold beer and plenty of laughter.

 

It’s an hour filled with movement, mindfulness, and togetherness – no need to stand on your head or touch your toes.

You'll be guided through a series of light and playful yoga exercises, where the beer becomes a fun part of the flow. The focus is on being present in your body, sharing laughs, and enjoying a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

The session ends with a calming relaxation – and maybe one last sip of beer.

No experience is needed, and beer yoga is perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis looking for a unique and fun way to connect.

• Breathing and mindfulness practices
• Small moments of playfulness, laughter, and deep connection
