Workshop Details:
Join us for a dynamic 2-hour heat-building flow - vinyasa styl - followed by a grounding stretch and relaxation practice. Mats will be available but you are more than welcome to bring your own. All levels are welcome!

The workshop will be hosted at Hotel Zoku, conveniently located next to the Metro stop at DR Byen, offering a stunning view overlooking all of Copenhagen.
